What Is Your Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations can be made but retainer will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- To reschedule, you will have to re-book and communicate with photographer for available dates and times.
- Booking through the inquiry form is the only way to book an appointment.
Are Retainers Refundable?
- Retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Last minute cancellations prevent me from re-booking or finding other clients which will be a loss of time and resources.
Do you sell prints?
Yes, but only through this platform. Once you receive the link to your online gallery, you can purchase any photos from there. Your purchase will be printed through a third party photo lab and be delivered to you.
When Will My Photos Be Ready?
- Once our session concludes it can take up to 2-4 weeks to receive your edited photos.
- I will send you a link to your own online gallery where you can download your photos, or purchase prints through your gallery.
Can we have the Raw images?
No, I do not offer my clients the raw files from the shoots. As a representation of my work it is my goal to provide my customers with a final product that is edited and high quality only.
